<H3>Chip Distribution</H3>
The Chip Distribution panel shows the distribution of image chips, collected
GCPs, and estimated uncorrected image bounds under the current search
condition.  Each chip position is shown as a blue cross; each collected
GCP is shown as a green cross; and the estimated uncorrected image bounds
are shown by a grey line.  The current image chip is shown
with a yellow box around a green or blue cross (depending on whether
the chip has been used as GCP or not).  Clicking inside the panel 
will load the image chip that is closest to the position clicked.
